    Order generation PSIcommand

Operationally useful orders - The basis of field force management

Maintenance orders can be added to the planning process via cyclical or state-dependent internal order generation or via external systems. Orders based on customer feedback from the call center and automated fault information from the SCADA environment are also added to the order pool.

If third party systems do not provide work descriptions which can be used operationally, then the desired level of information can be generated in PSIcommand using template procedures. Furthermore, checklists for job documentation can be generated in PSIcommand or imported via interfaces for central as well as mobile use.

The state assessment of the asset can be based on conventional analysis of the returned check lists or on the AI-based "Predicitive maintenance strategy" of PSI.
