Data management handles all specification data for:

  • Primary and secondary technical processes
  • Technical information linking elements of the energy networks
  • Technological processing
  • Human-machine communication

From here, data models are generated for the programs managing the system.  A considerable reduction in costs is achieved while at the same time increasing the quality of data.  This is a noteworthy feature of data management in PSIcontrol.

When possible, required data from SAP and GIS are comprehensively imported into the control system.  For import-orientated data management, PSIcontrol has special program modules:

  • Import functions with verification of the imported data
  • Programs for the largely automated establishment of equipment graphics
  • Refinement of GIS graphics
